MUSCAT: Khazaen Economic City is witnessing a great demand from investors to localise their projects due to its strategic location.

The city plans to develop the infrastructure for the second phase to open new areas, as it signed an agreement to develop and operate the “Labour Village” with an investment value of OMR 12 million.

Engineer Salem bin Sulaiman Al-Dhuhli, CEO of Khazaen, said that the signing of the agreement comes as a continuation of efforts to establish an integrated economic city, where 730,000 square meters have been allocated for labor villages, with the aim of accommodating more than 90,000 workers when the city is completed.
