Potato Corn Roll
INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium-sized potatoes boiled
- 2-3 tbsp Corn boiled
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 4 piece Bread
- 4 pieces Cheese Cubes grated
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry

- Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Grind bread and make a powder.
- Grind boiled corn and make a thick paste.
- Take a bowl add ground Corn, Cheese, Salt, and Black Pepper, and makes a corn mixture.
- Mix well the ground bread with grated boiled Potatoes so that while making balls it does not break. You can add corn flour also (if required).
- Take the medium-sized ball from the mixture, shape each portion into a round and then flatten them lightly.
- Place the corn mixture in the center.
- Bring the edges toward the center and cover the corn mixture.
- Give any shape you want, round or oblong.
- Seal the roll completely, so that while frying they do not break.
- Add water to corn flour to make a thick batter. Dip the rolls in batter and bind them well before frying.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
- When the oil becomes medium hot add the stuffed Koftas/Roll and carefully fry till it becomes golden brown from all over.
- Drain the Roll on Paper tissues or absorbent paper.
- Serve Potato corn Roll warm with green chutney or Tomato Ketchup
