MUSCAT: Omani national football team’s striker Khaled Al-Hajri underwent treatment for his ruptured cruciate ligament at Aspetar Hospital in Doha, Abu Dhabi, the Oman Football Association said.
The Federation stated that as per the medical examinations and radiology reports presented to the surgeon on Thursday, the date of the operation and the treatment method will be determined accordingly.
Oman’s national team will be also missing the presence of the two stars of Al-Mundhir Al-Alawi and Abdullah Fawaz due to injuries.

In the past few days, the two players underwent surgeries at Aspetar Hospital in Doha. Al-Mundhir underwent a special operation for the ligaments of the left ankle, while Abdullah Fawaz underwent a ligament operation.
