MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested an expatriate on charges of assault.
In a statement issued on Monday, ROP said the arrest was made after a video was circulated on social media showing his assault on a citizen. However, ROP did not reveal the nationality of the expatriate. “Legal measures are being taken against him,” the statement added.
