MUSCAT: The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has recovered OMR 20,428 in favour of a number of consumers in Barka during the month of April.
In a statement issued, CPA said an amount of OMR 11,020 from car agencies and services sector, while OMR 4,000 was recovered from aluminium, and carpentry workshops, and OMR 3,360 was recovered from the labour sector, followed by the hardware sector. OMR 1,391 was recovered from electronic and electrical sectors, OMR 452 was recovered from the contracting and building materials sector, and OMR 205 was recovered from textiles sector.
