MUSCAT: The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation signed a cooperation agreement with the Oman Centre for Governance and Sustainability (OCGS) and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
The agreement was regarding the governance of private training institutions in the Sultanate of Oman.
