MUSCAT: Jund Oman magazine’s 543rd issue for the month of March 2022 was published on Saturday. It included a number of comprehensive coverages, press investigations and various articles.
The magazine highlighted a number of topics, namely His Majesty the Supreme Commander visiting the Ministry of Defense and the Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces. In continuation of the noble approach, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik met with the sheikhs of the states number of governorates in the country.
The issue included a practical statement with live ammunition on the occasion of the Sultan’s Special Force celebration of its annual day under the auspices of the Minister of the Royal Office, Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander and the tradition of the Medal of Excellent Service and Royal Praise.

The issue dealt with the topics such as the Engineering Services of the Ministry of Defense holds a celebration on the occasion of its annual day, and within the framework of its developmental contributions.
The engineering services of the Ministry of Defense built the mountain road (Qardit – Ain Ghidit) in the Governorate of Dhofar, and the music of the Royal Army of Oman and the Sultan of Oman’s armoured cavalry in the Royal Army of Oman participated in the commemoration Establishment of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, and a press report entitled (Lights on the Muscat International Book Fair for the year 2022 AD).
The issue also included many diverse articles, including an article entitled Islamic Art of War; an article on Military Defense Lines in the Modern Era, Command and Control in Modern War, and an article on Towards protecting the Omani national identity from negative phenomena and distortions and Consolidating National Belonging. As for the religious section, an article named Receiving the month of Ramadan and its virtues between custom and worship was published.
The magazine also included a number of fixed and varied sections in an effort to present a targeted press message to readers in various military, scientific, technical and cultural aspects.
