MUSCAT: The weather on Sunday, March 27, 2022, will be generally clear in most of the governorates.
There is a possibility of dust rising over the desert and open areas of the governorates of Al Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, Al Wusta and Dhofar.
Formation of low clouds or fog at the end of the night and early morning over parts of the South Al Sharqiah and Al Wusta governorates can also be expected. Most of the governorates will have moderate to active northerly to northwesterly winds.
The sea will be rough on the coasts of Musandam Governorate, with a maximum height of three metres, an average wave on the coasts of the Sea of Oman and a maximum height of two metres, and calm waves on most coasts, with a maximum height of one and a quarter metre.
Alerts of low horizontal visibility due to fog and rising dust have been issued.
