MUSCAT: The General Department of Criminal Investigation and Investigation has arrested eight people on charges of theft.
The accused have been booked for stealing from shops in the governorates of Muscat, South Al Batinah and Al Dakhiliyah. The tools used in the act of theft were seized by the authorities. Legal proceedings against the accused are underway.
