MUSCAT: Muscat Municipality in cooperation with the General Directorate of Traffic will be opening a temporary traffic diversion in Al Khuwair after the flyover (Ministry area) on the Sultan Qaboos Street for the lane heading from Seeb to Ruwi.
Road users have been requested to stay cautious.
