MUSCAT: As part of its major expansion plan, Alhind Tours and Travels has opened its fifth branch in Sohar on Tuesday.
The popular travel company with over 150 branches and more than 2,000 employees across the globe is expanding to Asia, Middle East and Africa this year.
Last month Alhind opened its new branch in Salalah. Speaking to The Arabian Stories, Reena Abdulrahman, Chief Operating Officer of Alhind Tours and Travels has informed that the company will open its new offices in Africa.

Speaking about the operations in Sohar, Musaddik Shabbir Hamdulay, Branch Supervisor of Alhind Oman said: “Opening a new branch in Sohar will further strengthen our B2B operations in Oman.”
Hafedh Nassar Mohamed Al Rubaie, Former Vice Chairman of Chamber of Commerce inaugurated the Sohar branch in the presence of Ali Al Ajmi, member of Sohar Municipality.
Farheen Abdulgani, B2B Operations Manager of Alhind Oman said through the expansion plan the aim is to strengthen the travel and tourism activities of the company. “Through our B2B plans, we aim to strengthen local tourism in the country,” she added.
