MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Sunday arrested three expatriates on charges of theft and vandalism.
In a statement issued, ROP said the three expats from an “Asian country” was arrested after they robbed at night and vandalised 18 shops in Muscat Governorate. “During the theft they stole sums of money, and mobile phones using iron tools,” ROP added.
