MUSCAT: New archaeological discoveries were made in excavations that were carried out in Al Dhahirah Governorate.
The excavations were carried out by a joint team of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism and archaeological researchers from the University of Pennsylvania and New York University in Abu Dhabi.
Artefacts such as old burning stoves, kilns and seeds were found inside the settlements.
