MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a cable of greetings to President Aleksandar Vucic of the Republic of Serbia on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of good health and happiness. He also wished the people of Serbia further progress and prosperity.

Additionally, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik also sent a cable of congratulations to President Frank-Walter Steinmeier of the Federal Republic of Germany on being re-elected as his country’s President for a second term.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of success to President Steinmeier. His Majesty also wished the people of Germany further progress and prosperity, and the relations between the two countries further development and growth.

Also, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a cable of thanks from President Sergio Mattarella of the Italian Republic in reply to His Majesty’s congratulatory cable on the occasion of being re-elected as his country’s President.
 
In the cable, President Mattarella also expressed his sincere appreciation for His Majesty the Sultan’s heartfelt sentiments and affirmed his keenness to strengthen the existing relations between the two countries. He also wished His Majesty the Sultan good health and happiness and the Sultanate of Oman further progress and prosperity.
