MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No. 5/2022 restoring the Omani nationality and licensing the combination of Omani and British nationality.
The text of the decree read as follows:
Article one returns the Omani citizenship to Zahia bint Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Dhabari, Zaha bint Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Dhabari and Zhi bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Dabbari. They are permitted to combine Omani and British citizenships.

Article two states that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
