MUSCAT: The Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (ASMED) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Oman Oil Market Company (OOMCO) for the setting up of 20 retail marketing outlets to support small and medium enterprises.
The MoU was signed by Abdulaziz Saud Al Raisi, Vice Chairman of ASMED, and Hussain Jama Bait Is’haq, Acting CEO of OOMCO.
The MoU enables Riyada Cardholders to submit requests for the management and operation of Ahlain fast shopping outlets around the Sultanate of Oman.

Entrepreneurs who meet the conditions will enjoy a variety of advantages that empower the marketing and promotion of their products via Ahlain fast shopping outlets. Besides basic utilities, the beneficiaries will be exempt from registration fees over the first four months of the contract.
