MUSCAT: HE Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al-Habsi, Minister of Agricultural and Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources, has issued a ministerial decision to amend some provisions of the executive regulations of the Agricultural Quarantine Law, provided that the decision is implemented from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
The decision to replace the text of Article (11) of the executive regulations of the Agricultural Quarantine Law stipulated that the following certificates and documents must be attached to the imported shipment:
- A phytosanitary certificate issued by the competent technical authority in the exporting country.
- A copy of the customs shipping documents and the customs certificate.
- Any other documents specified in the import license.
