MUSCAT: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has issued two violations against establishments that have been found in violation of the Tourism Law.
The two facilities include one operating green hostels and the other one operating in the North Al Batinah Governorate. Both these establishments were operating without obtaining a tourist license.
The ministry has warned all unlicensed establishments to stop operating until their conditions are hospitable in order to avoid any legal measures taken against them in accordance with the executive regulations of the Tourism Law. They can resume operations after obtaining all the necessary approvals and licenses.
