MUSCAT: A Royal Decree ratifying an agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the State of Qatar was issued on Wednesday.
The agreement was regarding the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with regard to taxes on income and capital.
