MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has conferred the Al Numan Order (First Class) on His Excellency Youssef Fartas, former Honorary Consul General of the Swiss Federation, in recognition of efforts and active contributions to the service of close bilateral relations between Oman and the Swiss Federation.
The medal was handed over by His Highness Assad bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Relations and International Cooperation and Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, during his Highness’s reception in his office on Tuesday.
