MUSCAT: Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Sunday arrested a person in Dhofar Governorate on charges of impersonating policemen and theft.
In a statement issued, ROP said a person was arrested after he stopped a victim and forced him to withdraw money from an ATM, and then fled the scene. “Following an investigation, the identity of the accused was found and he was arrested. The case is still under process,” ROP added.
