MUSCAT: Omran Group has signed a development partnership agreement with Diamond Real Estate Development Company to develop the first phase of the integrated Yiti Tourism Project, with an investment value of approximately $1 billion.
The partnership resulted in the establishment of the “Sustainable Development and Investment” company to undertake the tasks of implementing this phase of the project.
According to the officials, the first phase of the project once completed will give 900 direct and indirect job opportunities.

Hashil Al Mahrouqi, CEO of OMRAN Group, shared the details of Phase 1A of Yiti Tourism masterplan, that is set to be one of the largest integrated tourism developments in Oman.
Faris Saeed, Chairman of Diamond Developers, expressed his pleasure in joining hands with OMRAN Group to develop phase 1A of Yiti Tourism master plan. The upcoming venture will set new standards for natural beauty and urban living as per the best practises of sustainability.
