MUSCAT: On the anniversary of His Majesty’s assumption of power in Oman, His Excellency Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court has sent congratulatory wishes to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.

Along with wishing HM with good health and wellness, the minister added, “The members of your court, as they are overwhelmed with feelings of joy and happiness on this solemn occasion, pledge to Your Majesty to move forward behind your wise leadership with loyalty, hearing and obedience, and to work hard and sincerely for all that is good for Oman and its advancement.”

He also said, “The day your Majesty assumed the reins of government in the country embodies an extension of Oman’s glorious history and its happy bright present, and heralds God’s help and success in a promising future for comprehensive development and lasting glory, so that the Sultanate of Oman may continue to live in the dress of glory, loftiness, dignity and honour.”
