MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today granted the Order of Royal Commendation, 2nd Class, to some Omani personalities in recognition of their scientific and research achievements, as well as their societal contributions.
The orders were handed over by Sayyid Khalid Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court when he received them in his office today.

During the meeting, Sayyid Khalid affirmed that the orders were granted by His Majesty in appreciation of their efforts. He wished them continuous success in their current and future endeavors in serving the homeland.
