MUSCAT: Redha Al Saleh, Chairman of Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) and the Governor of Punjab Province in Pakistan held discussions regarding prospects of trade and investment cooperation between both the countries.
Discussion was held to encourage investment in two countries in the field of tourism, agriculture, education and health.
Meanwhile, an MOU was signed between Anwar Asia Investment Company and Pakistan Railways, whereby the Omani company will provide financing for the establishment of a part of the railways project linking the Pakistani regions within four packages.
