MUSCAT: Dr. Abdul Monem bin Mansour Al Hassani, the former Minister of Information of Oman has returned to teaching.
Al Hassani who held the portfolio of Ministry of Information from 2012 to 2020 will teach at the Department of Media at the College of Arts and Social Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU).
Al Hassani received his PhD in Media Organizations Management from the University of Leicester in 2002 and completed MA from Cardiff University. He was also the first in his class upon graduating from the Sultan Qaboos University with a BA degree. Al Hasani who is also a renowned photographer had received the “Honorary Friendship Medal” presented by the International Federation of Photography (FIAP).
