MUSCAT: The much-awaited Oman Football Association (OFA) general assembly elections is currently underway at the Sheraton Hotel in Muscat.
OFA Chairman Salim Al Wahaibi, and the former vice-chairman, Dr Jassim Al Shukaili, are the two candidates for the chairmanship post. Al Wahaibi was the chairman of OFA since 2016.
44 club representatives are attending the general assembly meeting today.
