MUSCAT: The number of people admitted in intensive care units in the country has risen over the weekend.
According to the data provided by the Ministry of Health, 15 new COVID-19 cases have been admitted in 72 hours, taking the total ICU patients in the country has touched 103. The total cases admitted in hospitals also increased to 331 on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Sultanate is witnessing a surge in the number of daily cases reported. On Sunday, 1,665 new cases have been registered, taking the total to 150,800.
