Muscat: The number of household business activities that were registered at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) during the year 2020 reached 1,241 activities, according to MoCIIP.
MoCIIP pointed out that the household businesses, which can be practiced by citizens in their homes to meet their daily life requirement, are considered as small projects that can be expanded and improved via opening shops and SME enterprises and can contribute in the future to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
