MUSCAT: Oman’s Public Prosecution will refer cases to courts electronically, starting from March 1, 2021.
“The Public Prosecution will launch an electronic link program with the courts to refer cases to the courts electronically, starting from the first of March 2021,” Oman News Agency said on Sunday.
During the Covid-19 pandemic last year, the courts in the country received 1,239 personal cases of which 49.5% are divorce cases and 47.2% were alimony lawsuits.
