MUSCAT: Oman’s Public Prosecution (PP) has called on citizens and residents to fully comply with the COVID-19 preventive measures in the wake of rising cases in the country.
The statement from PP comes after the Supreme Committee ordered to shut all commercial activities in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate for a period of 14-days starting from 7 pm on February 12.
“With the view to observe public order, maintain public health and respond to social obligation, Public Prosecution calls on citizens and residents to fully comply with the preventive measures on COVID-19,” PP said in a statement.
