MUSCAT: Oman’s National Day is equally special for residents who are living in the country for a long time.

For many expats who are here for over a decade the Sultanate is a home away from home. Freelance photographer Thomas Abraham who has been living in Oman for 29 years has paid a heartwarming tribute with a stunning video that has now gone viral.

“For 29 years I’ve called Oman home – it’s where my heart is. As it celebrates its 50th National Day, today, 18 November 2020, I’m super excited to share this piece of work, put together with love, over months of travel, music production and post production,” Abraham wrote on his Instagram page.

The video has so so far received nearly 50,000 digital views since its launch on November 18. The music production for the video is done by Asif Wahid. “Didn’t think it possible, but fell a little more in love with Oman through this process,” Abraham added.
