MUSCAT: As part of providing relief aid, the Kerala government has distributed a total amount of Rs 28.5 crore to the 57,000 Indians who have returned home from various countries in the wake of coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement issued by NORKA Roots on Wednesday said an amount of Rs 5,000 was transferred to the bank account of each individual who have returned to Kerala.
“The relief amount was transferred to their bank account based on the documents submitted by the person,” NORK said in the statement.

“The remaining applicants will receive the fund in the coming days,” the statement added.
