MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has appointed Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Sayyid Badr perviously held the position of Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
