MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has appointed His Highness Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tarik as the Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth.
His Majesty issued a Royal Decree merging Ministry of Culture and Sports.
