MUSCAT: The Oman Investment Authority (OIA) has announced the restructuring of Oman ICT Group which includes four companies.
In a statement issued to the Oman News Agency, OIA said the aim is to increase the efficiency and reduce the operating expenses.
As per the restructure the Oman Broadband Company, Oman Technology Fund (OTF), Space Communication Technologies Company, and Oman Tower Company will come under OIA

In the coming stages, more companies will be added “operating in the communications and information technology sector under the group’s umbrella,” the statement added.
