MUSCAT: Total coronavirus cases in Muscat Governorate is nearing 30,000, according to the data provided by the Ministry of Health (MOH) said.
Muscat recorded 520 new cases, taking the total to 29,366 on Sunday. Seeb once again registered highest with 225 new cases, while Baushar recorded 106 and Muttrah registered 87 cases.
Barka recorded 44 cases on Sunday, taking the total tally to 2,011.

Meanwhile, in a huge relief, Dhofar only recorded 3 new cases on Sunday. The total Covid-19 cases in the country has touched 46,178.
