Muscat : Following the recent lockdown due to Coronavirus, Dhofar Automotive, the official distributor for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Alfa Romeo & Fiat vehicles in Oman, have now re-opened their showrooms across the Sultanate in line with the official directives of the Supreme Committee. Therefore, to ensure the ongoing safety of our customers and staff, all showrooms have only re-opened their doors after implementing a wide range of strict safety measures at each location for your continued wellbeing.

These safey measures include testing of all staff and customers before entering the premises, regular sanitisation of all showroom areas and test drive vehicles, use of personal protective equipment by all staff and social distancing measures in all areas of their operation.

A new range of remote services have also been developed to further enhance these showroom safety standards.  These include personal ‘Video Sales Consultations’ a service which includes finance and vehicle quotations, home or office test drive and delivery, giving you the ability to complete a new vehicle purchase online. All these additional services have been made available to ensure our customers are able to easily communicate with our Sales Teams in a safe and convenient manner.

Online Video Sales Consultations are available 6 days a week from Saturday to Thursday and appointments can be made by calling us or simply completing following the appropriate link in our digital media communications.  Your Sales Executive will then contact you at the appointed time, present our latest range of cars and amazing offers and answer any questions you may have regarding our products and services. We will share online product videos for all models in our range and even undertake a remote 360-degree vehicle walk-around with one of the cars in our showroom. Our sales team are also able to offer a personalised home or office test drive, as well as provide you an instant quotation or discuss various payment plans to help you make an informed decision regarding your new vehicle purchase.
