SEOUL: North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has appeared in public for the first time in 20 days amidst global speculation over his health, state media reported.
KCNA news agency said that the Kim cut the ribbon at the opening of a fertiliser factory on Friday and also took a tour.
The latest reports from North Korean media could not be independently confirmed.
