Muscat: The Consult General of Oman in Australia on Tuesday said it will arrange additional or chartered flights to bring back its citizens stranded in Australia and New Zealand due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement issued, the embassy urged the students to reserve their bookings to fly on April 10. “The Consulate General of Oman in Australia said that additional flights will be used from Auckland in New Zealand on April 10 in coordination with Qatar Airways.”
“Students who are studying in Australia who recently expressed their desire to return to Oman can complete the procedures for booking in one of the departures from the cities of Melbourne, Sydney and Perth,” the statement added.
