Muscat: Oman’s biggest running festival Al Mouj Muscat Marathon has been postponed to next month following the demise of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
“In this time of mourning, the 2020 Al Mouj Marathon has been postponed until the February 21 to 22” a statement from the organisers said.
As many as 10,000 people from across the globe was preparing to take part in the two-day race that was scheduled to take place from January 17 to January 18.
