Nivin who is otherwise known as an actor with next-door image, completely shocked critics to come out with a powerful yet endearing performance in this dark and chilling movie written and directed by Geetu Mohandas.

“If you look at Nivin’s 10-year career graph, his role as Akbar in Moothon is the most powerful. While there are many inspiring performances from other actors in South India, we at The Arabian Stories picked Nivin as the best for not just for his spectacular performance but also for the guts he showed in choosing this role. Not everyone at his stature can do choose this. Akbar is tricky, decisive and can slip out of your hands if not handled carefully. Akbar was safe in Nivin’s hands,” said Gayathri Das, Head of Digital at The Arabian Stories.

“If you look at these two characters in Moothon and Love Action Drama, both are contrasting and people who have seen both will be shocked and that shows the versatility of this actor,” Gayathri added.

Moothon recently completed its 50-day run at the box-office. For sure, We can expect such powerful roles from Nivin, 2019 is an year that completely belongs to him.
