Made in Oman: Mazoon Dairy products now available in stores

The launch of Mazoon’s milk in the market is expected to transform Oman’s dairy sector by boosting self-sufficiency.

Muscat: Oman’s flagship dairy project, Mazoon Dairy Company, has announced that its products including milk are now available in Oman market. 

As a start, Mazoon Dairy is targeting markets in Muscat and Sohar before distribution is progressively ramped up to cover the entire Sultanate.

“Thank you for waiting, thank you for your support. Our products are now in store!,” said Mazoon Dairy on Twitter. 

The launch of Mazoon’s milk in the market is expected to transform Oman’s dairy sector by boosting self-sufficiency. The objective to produce over 200 million litres of milk annually by 2026. The plan is to increase capacity to over 900 million litres by 2040.

This product will be the Pride of Oman – and will nourish the nation for many generations.

Customers will be able to enjoy locally-produced farm fresh dairy a few hours after milking from the most technologically advanced dairy farm and factory in the country. 

The announcement comes after Mazoon Dairy Company started operations of a first-of-its-kind biogas plant in Al Sininah, which uses waste from cows to produce gas that is used as alternative energy to operate some facilities at the factory.
