Muscat: Private sector companies have been asked to submit their Omanisation plans before January 31, 2020.
In a statement issued online, the Ministry said it will take legal action against those companies that do not comply with the directive.
“In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Labor Law, the Ministry of Manpower announces the need for private sector establishments to submit the 2020 Omanisation plan by 31 January 2020.”

“The Ministry invites all institutions and companies to expedite the submission of the Omanisation plan before the end of January 2020 and the Ministry will take legal action towards enterprises that did not comply,” the ministry added.
