Muscat: Oman has the second most diverse workforce in the Arab region, according the Global Competitiveness Report 2019.
Oman is also ranked first globally for the absence of terrorism.
According to the report, Oman is ranked 53rd globally and was the sixth highest Arab country among 141 countries in the 2019 Global Competitiveness Report.

The ranking comes based on cooperation in employer-worker relations, labour force diversity, efficiency of legal framework in conflict resolution, quality of road infrastructure, road connectivity, decrease in crime rates, cost of organized crime on business, judicial independence and the ratio of students to teachers in primary education.
