Muscat: The Ashaway-Sea Seven Badminton Championship turned out to be a big success with 18 teams battling out in front of a packed audience at the Royal Hospital Indoor Courts.
While Rahul and Haroos took the Men’s Singles title by beating Hashim and Sudhin, the Men’s B title went to Renjith and Vivek. The Mixed Doubles title went to Himesh and Nayan after they beat Santosh and Beth in a three set encounter.

Hashim won the Best Player award whereas Vivek (Sohar) won the Best Emerging Player award and Beth won the Best Women Player award. The individual winners were honored with trophies and health-care vouchers from Aster Al-Raffa Hospital.
