Muscat: A Muscat-bound flight of Salam Air from Dhaka suffered a bird strike on Monday.
In a statement issued online, the airline said a bird hit flight OV-398, however, the pilot successfully landed the aircraft at Muscat International Airport. “The flight landed at Muscat International Airport and all passengers disembarked safely,” the statement said.
Due to this disruption, customers are expected to face delays or cancellations on some of the SalamAir flights.
