Muscat: Oman’s top IT expert Tariq Al Barwani will speak at the upcoming ‘Oman E-Commerce Conference’ (OEC) that will promote digital economy in Oman.
“I’m honored to be invited as a speaker for the upcoming e-commerce conference OEC 2019 hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,” said Tariq on his Facebook post.
OEC 2019 will be held on September 16 and 17 at Oman Convention and Exhibition Center. It will witness the participation of more than 20 governments, 500 decisionmakers, 50 speakers from all over the world, 50 exhibitors and 10 workshops.

The main sessions and panel discussions will allow participants to communicate, exchange information and learn best practices for secure electronic transactions to accelerate the first digital strategy in the business workplace.
