Muscat Municipality will build an integrated commercial complex which will have two floors and 200 parking spaces will be built in Al Khuwair.
Muscat Municipality has signed an agreement with Al Bayan Investment Company to built the complex in an area of 6000sqm with green spaces and outdoor dining facilities to serve the visitors.
The complex will also have a fast food outlet run by a global operator, as well as a children’s play area with modern equipment and tools.
