MUSCAT : In a statement, His Excellency Engineer Salim bin Said Al-Aufi, Minister of Oil and Minerals, stressed that Oman is intensifying its efforts to expand in the field of clean energy and green hydrogen.
The minister added that Oman has multiple options for sustainable energy production, including wind energy, solar energy, thermal energy, and tidal energy. Amidst the global economic recession on oil prices, the Minister of Oil and Minerals is certain that Oman will be able to maintain its economic progress, thanks to its options in the field of alternate energy production.
